în această grădină am copilărit; mi-am tăbăcit fundul la săniuş; am colindat; am făcut fân, şi-am săpat porumbul... m-am jucat de-a Robin Hood, şi-am învăţat rugăciuni...
pentru acest loc, cu emoţie, am plămădit proiectul primei biserici imaginate de mine...
au trecut aproape 20 de ani de când i-am săpat şi turnat fundaţiile...
tot mai puţini săteni mă mai cunosc...
aici odihneşte călugărul, "unchiul Mihai"
aici sunt eu

aici am ales să particip la Prohod...

I grown in this yard, I tanned my ass when sledding, I sang carols,  and I worked out the corn field... I played Robin Hood, and I learned prayers...
for this site, I gave birth to my first church project...
almost 20 years ago I digged and worked at the foundation...
there are fewer people to recognize me now...

un loc blând, cumsecade...
un pom, un măr, ce încă mai are ani în care rodeşte...
o răstignire stă şi ea aici, de veghe...
priveliştea largă mă lasă să privesc departe... şi-n mine...
eu îi spun cuib... este cuib...

a gentle place...
a tree, an apple tree, that still fructifies...
a crucifixion that also stands here...
the sight lets me look far away... and in myself...
